SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free US domestic deliveries by UPS. You can expect your order within 2 weeks if we have the item(s) in stock. When items are out of stock, we will make your product to order which can take up to 6 weeks as it will be produced especially for you. We will always keep you properly informed of the status of those orders with a longer wait time.

To protect our customers, BRAVOUR is unable to change/intercept the shipping address of the package to alter its delivery. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout.

Due to our Fraud Protection Policy, all online orders are required to have identical Billing and Shipping addresses. To minimize any fraudulent transactions, any orders with different Billing and Shipping addresses will not be processed.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. However, if your package does not arrive please contact us to initiate an UPS claim.

Please note for International Shipping, you will be paying for shipping only at check out. Taxes and Duties are not calculated by us, so you the customer are responsible for paying these Taxes and Duties at the time of delivery. Any refusals or return shipping will not be reimbursed.

Once an order is placed it can not be canceled. But once the order is received, you can send the item back within the 30 days of purchase and in mint and unused condition. In that case contact us at contact@bravour.nyc
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the item to us within 30 days of purchase in its original condition for a refund in the original form of payment or an exchange.

In general returns will be accepted for items within this period of purchase with the exception of final sale items. All tags must be attached; the packaging must be intact; and the product must be unused. For returns, customers will be granted an online store credit equal to the amount of item(s) returned, minus the shipping fee.
