If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the item to us within 30 days of purchase in its original condition for a refund in the original form of payment or an exchange.

In general returns will be accepted for items within this period of purchase with the exception of final sale items. All tags must be attached; the packaging must be intact; and the product must be unused. For returns, customers will be granted an online store credit equal to the amount of item(s) returned, minus the shipping fee.

We offer free US domestic deliveries by UPS. You can expect your order within 2 weeks if we have the item(s) in stock. When items are out of stock, we will make your product to order which can take up to 6 weeks as it will be produced especially for you. We will always keep you properly informed of the status of those orders with a longer wait time.
